While we’re familiar with sampling activities for everyday products and services, what we created for SilkAir was a first - a sampling event that gave our audience a taste of an airline’s service, on the ground. Over a period of four weeks, selected theatres were redecorated and the full service travel experience was recreated for a captive audience.
