Sentosa, the island of leisure for Singaporeans had lost its relevance for the locals and tourists. This was more about reinventing the island than rebranding. ‘ The State of Fun’ invited people to visit the island and break all the ‘rules’ and have fun. The EFFIE winning work increased vistor numbers and ‘ The State of Fun’ became the new name for Sentosa – a popular hangout for people to let their hair down.
